PAYMENT OPTIONS

We process VISA and MasterCard credit cards and bank debit cards through a secure SSL encrypted payment platform. We also accept electronic funds transfers (Please note that there may be a delay in delivery time for the latter payment option to allow time for funds transfer to be confirmed).

 

SHIPPING

Shipping rates are based on a standard shipping option for parcels up to 5kg to any location within South Africa. Parcels over the weight limit may incur additional charges.

Free Shipping is offered for orders of over R400 in value. Free shipping is exclusive to qualifying orders with delivery addresses within the Republic of South Africa. 

Shipping will only fulfilled to a phyiscal addresses. Delivery times are 3-5 working days from your receipt of notification of Order In Process

Shipping is done through a third party courier service therefore while we take every effort to get your delivery to you within the specfied time period we cannot be held liable for delays that were reasonably outside of our control.

CROSS BORDER/ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders from outside South Africa may incur additional charges and may be subject to duty payments. Customs duties associated with cross border shipments are for the customer’s account and will be calculated and charged by the relevant customs authority.

Shipping is only offered to select Southern African countries (including South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Botswana, Namibia) at this time. You may however opt to order through our office and arrange a private courier to collect the goods on your behalf. Contact our office on accounts@nichehaircare.co.za for support with this option.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to you in perfect condition. Should you receive damaged goods, have missing items in your package or if you have changed your mind regarding your purchase please contact our office within 7 days of receipt of goods for assistance.

Please note:

Returned goods must not be opened or used and must be returned in its original product container
Only goods purchased from our online store (www.nichehaircare.co.za) can be returned to our offices. Products purchased on partner websites or other store locations must be returned to the respective retailer in accordance with their returns and refund policies.
Any shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging goods will be for the customer’s account.
Damaged or tampered parcels should be noted to the courier upon receipt of the delivery. In the case of obvious tampering please do not accept parcels and return goods to the courier.
Refunds can only be made to the account from which payment was initiated.

 

 

EXCHANGES

Please note, no product exchanges can be processed once the goods have been shipped. Should you wish to return received goods to our offices please refer to our returns policy for guidance. To confirm your order status please login to your User Account on the Niche Hair Care website. If your status is marked "In Process" you may still enquire with our team regarding exchanges.

To request a product exchange please email accounts@nichehaircare.co.za with your order number and exchange request. Your order will be placed on hold and will not be shipped until all verifications and changes have been updated.

Any price differences as a result of the exchange will need to be settled before the goods can be dispatched. Should you qualify for a credit, the credit amount will be allocated to your account and can be used for future orders. No cash refunds will be processed in the case of product exchanges.
